Someone is selling that bodywork on yahoo auctions, its carbon fibre - front end & seat unit, i see a few days ago. i searched nc30 hrc or vfr400 hrc, it was late, i was board.
That's the one except it isn't TT-F3. The seat unit is the wrong shape (It's standard NC30 shape and the F3 version isn't) as is the upper and lower cowl.

Have a really close look and you'll see what I mean.

Tony, I think that will look the tits :P I'd need to see a photoshop of it like on the actual race bike, and also half way (same shape at the edge, but only goes up to the centre bolt like on the endurance bikes) before choosong for sure.

I've got some spare aluminium sheet lying here doing nothing, so am intending to cut out another light cover, and get some decals made up so I can screw it on and have a full race look fairing, but with the option to have my light back :) (like a silhouette one, but not so expensive lol)

Yes its gunna look good but we need a mock up first on PS. The way i see it is because of the single light endurance setup having the red numberboard in the middle wont work its gotta be on one side or the other as per norm. Best option would be to have the numberboard on the light side with a new light cover(more on this in a minute) so leaving room on the other side for the dark blue stripe to match the rest of the bike. Having the red numberboard on the opposite side to the light wouldnt leave much room for the dark blue which might make it look odd.....i dunno i need to see a mock up.

About the light cover, you want some thin perspex or this stuff called lexon (i think) sheet. I have some somewhere i'll dig it out and see what its called. Once you have it cut out it can be covered in vinyl to match the nosecone.

very good point mate, I very much like the idea of the number board being on the left, red would look good, maybe with a thin black outline to define it? I think the stuff you have is lexan, same stuff they make r/c car bodyshells out of, I can get some perspex from my next door neighbour

I'll see if anyone I know can p/s me a number board onto my nosecone, see how it would look in all positions :P

I'm going to be sorting out some carb needles from RO tomorrow, but don't think I'm going to be able to afford the ignitech (again) due to a probable let down elsewhere :(

^^^
I think it will look good. I think you need a thin strip of the lighter blue on the bottom lip of the nose cone though (assuming that it lines up with the tank stripe like the oem nose cone?).

It doesn't show but the underside will be pale blue like the stock panel. TBH I'm happy with how that (truely crap) representation looks, and when I send it to DM it'll be in his hands (I trust him enough to choose the best way to do it :D )
