Will a 1WG cylinder block fit a 3TJ?
as above, i've got a 1wg cylinder block with what appears to be bore liners, can i use it on a 3tj engine? are they the same? and can the liners be replaced easily?

I think you can but that's a "think" as in measure it up.
Genericaly speaking bore liners can be taken out by evenly heating the barrels in an oven - the alumilium expands to a bigger size than the liners - put it in an oven.
but
when you put new liners in they have to be absolutely flat at the head mating surface or the head gasket won't seal, so get them skimmed
