I'm sure some are available from screwfix or ebay if you know what size bolts you need. I'm doing the same thing at the moment, just haven't looked at bolts yet....

I thought they were too soft when torquing up, just my personel opinion, when you consider the lenth of time you intend to keep the bike and the amount of re-torques/disc changes you may do.
Ti discs bolts approx £80-90 well worth it in my opinion.
The rest would be ok in stainless, just speakiing from my own experience ref the disc bolts.

are cheap but based in the states.

With any different materials take note of of torque settings (they will change) this is the number one cause of bolts snapping or things falling off.

Most of my original bolts were fine on my bike but just rusty. I invested in a zinc plating kit and replated them all.. cost around 80 quid for the kit but ive done 3 entire bikes with it so its worked out quite nicely.. plus the bolts are all pukka now and i dont have to worry about working out torque settings :)

Of course this option takes time and if you dont have it just buy new ones
