Re: RVF Endurance AM-PM Replica build
I didn't think the electric water pump cooled the bike any better than the stock pump but I thought the whole idea was to use the electric pump to remove the mechanical drag caused by the stock pump being driven off the engine , and pull your finger out and get an oil/water cooler on it like HRC would have wanted....
It's not having what you want but wanting what you've got....Loud ,Proud and Modified ....

That sounds like right theory royster.
Do i need to drill the block to fit the oil cooler pipes or is the filter boss all you need?
Near final decal proof, now complete

If your doing an oil/water ( like mine ) all you need is the heat exchanger, the bolt for down the middle, the pump cover modified and some hoses.

Re: RVF Endurance AM-PM Replica build
So yours is like this royster?
Should be easy to adapt my hoses for this setup. I just had it in my head that i needed another rad, i know some have done it the rad route but this seems much simplerYou do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

This is my favourite scheme - can't wait to see the finished job.
I know what you mean about the michelin man, I kept changing my mind and finally left it off my lucky strike scheme as I wasn't using them.

Tony, this bike of yours will be definately one hell of a tricked bike in rare scheme.
Any time schedule when the TSR system is in from abroad and fitted on the bike together with this scheme and PVM wheel and so on... ?
(really would love to see this bike when finished/in the flesh. Btw I may visit uk later this year...any chance to meet?)

Re: RVF Endurance AM-PM Replica build
Yes of course jas your welcome anytime.
I paid the remainder for the TSR system this morning and paid for 3 day express shipping so with any luck next week some time. Just waiting on the cdi, tps and carb rubbers to come then she's mechanically finished for now. Got a feeling its gunna be a bitch to setup so ive got 3 sets of carbs with various setups to try and fiddle with.
Decals are on the horizon so need to get busy blacking the inside of the panels and painting them, im getting a little excited looking at the proofs brooky sent

All sounds perfect, Tony! So you have 3 x RVF carbs? or also use NC30 carbs to test fit the running settings (ohh, btw pm sent ).
