We got the bike down to just over 143 kilos dry. For front to rear bias you,ll have to talk to Mike BMC Racing

and remember to consider your sprung to un-sprung weight ratio, the higher the ratio the better your suspension works.
so going very light on sprung weight will make the bike very choppy and chatter-prone, in the feel coming from it.
A front or rear suspension system on a production bike is often around 15-25kg, that is wheel, tire, swingarm/fork and brakesystem.
