I`m stripping the bike not to clean all the bits and to put in my new forks, started to clean the can, there was
some insolating tape at the end over the rivet strap, took it out and it has stamped NOT FOR ROAD USE.
I cant say the the exhaust is like a maggot one from tyga,it sounds perfectly legal to me.
What should I do,replace it,get rid of the strap, grind it off,put a db killer in it?I really prefer the cheap-ish option but what can I say.

Re: ART Can not for road use question
It is not legal for MOT as long as you can see the not for road use bit on it....
So, cover it with tape again....sorted

They are not supposed to.
it is discretionary though so if he reckons it is too oud then doesn't matter what it says on the can...
