Do you have a haynes manual?

If not, it might be covered in detail in the UK workshop manual: http://www.akhara.com/nc30/nc30manuals/ ... op_Manual/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Easy job, but takes a little bit of time.

As mark says, actually pulling them appart is the only hard bit. Good vice (with soft jaw clamps) and a sturdy bench, or a willing mate and you should be fine.

Without doubt the best upgrade available for the money :peace:

Vice!!? Eat your weetabix laddie :grin:

Once all the bolts / oil are out I slide the stanchion as much as possible into the leg and just give it a good pull apart and all the gubbins etc come out along with the fork tube!

Having somone hold the leg might help if your struggling though :) just let them know you are going to be pulling it fairly hard and they should be prepared, otherwise you might just pull it right out of their hands
