Beat/Safest way to wire in a fuel pump?
What would be the best/safest place to take power from the the fuel pump when running ram air? Im thinking a fused feed from the +12v ignition side of the fuse box or is there a better way?

splice off the + to a coil (as said above) then to ground
this way if the engine stops, the pump also stops.

when thats the way to do it as above tony :)
i did finnaly get my Ram air working rite after messing around with the tap as it was sucking the diaphram to hard so i removed completely and sealed the breathers and working fine now :) could do with being dynoed up but it seemed to run fine at high rpm

Not sure anyway is safest, I just have it off a 12v ignition live (ie rear coil live) and works fine, mbe if it was a road bike id put it on a switch aswell so its not constantly going whenever you turn the bike on? just an idea
