The number is on the Key
(if it's the genuine honda key anyway)
I'm sure i've read somewhere that if you dismantle the lock theres a number stamped on it somewhere that you can use to order a key.
I've always ordered spare keys by my key number.. which is written down and pinned to my notice board incase i loose all my keys :)
If not.. the words ebay and 'lock-set' vfr come to mind!

Pull the ignition lock off and take it to a locksmith, they will be able to cut you a new key from the lock.

Firstly you will have to remove the lock, once removed inspect the underside, some models have
the key no there,I have never tryed a locksmith but took it to my local motorcycle they sent it
away, couple of days later lock returned two new keys, and my pocket £30.lighter.

I also seem to recall people here recommending removing the seat lock instead of the ignition, as that would mean you wouldn't have to destroy the security bolts; it's supposed to be much easier too!
