I seem to remember someone on here has done the conversion.

Since the nc21 came with hydraulic clutch it should be quite possible.

Seen many 30s and 35s with hydraulic clutch!

Most of them using the NC21 clutch cylinder.

If you want to keep the speedo drive you need to mod the sprocket cover, either a cut and glue / bond the original pickup in place or mod the two sprocket covers together.
