CBT / Endurance Legends - Donington Park - 6/7 May
Hi all,
This is the big one for us this year; www.endurancelegends.com
A mix of CBT track sessions, classic bike displays, high profile, classic racing from Lansdowne and ICGP leading up to the highlight 4hr endurance race, which also hosts the first round of the ECS (European Classic Series) featuring the top endurance teams in Europe,
To say it's been hectic would be an understatement - we've struggled to keep up, but we expect full grids for ICGP and Lansdowne, and we have 54 endurance teams booked in, - there's a pit walk before the full on Le Mans start on Sunday afternoon.
The no noise limit track sessions have been equally popular - but we have 12 places left in the PR group (and 10 in the Middleweight group) - details are here: http://www.endurancelegends.co.uk/track-days/ Each entry has 6 sessions; 4 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday, and also received 2 adult weekend tickets worth £40 (or £60 on the day). Camping is free either in the paddock or we've reserved free camping space in Park Farmhouse Camping just outside the main Donington Park entrance. Price is £199 per rider.
There's also some space left in club displays which will be in the main paddock under pristine white marquees we're installing just for the clubs. Weekend entry is FREE (yes free!) to each display bike, so if a handful of you want to put on a 400GB display just click here and fill in the fields; We literally have just 12 places left in the PR group (and 10 in the Middleweight group) - details are here: http://www.endurancelegends.co.uk/webshop/club-booking/
Here's a quick summary of what's happening;
On National Circuit:
UK's only 4hr classic endurance race including first round of ECS
Pit walk for all spectators prior to the 4hr race
High profile support races from ICGP (now an FIM Cup event) and Lansdowne Classic Series
Classic bike track sessions (4 groups) mixed throughout Saturday's practice & qualifying, and ahead of the 4hr race
Race bike parades
Suzuki TL Anniversary parade
No noise limit
Melbourne Loop to run separate schedule throughout weekend;
VMCC 'ride-a-classic-bike'
Club parades
F1 & F2 sidecar ferry rides
Paddock:
Celebrity Interviews & autograph sessions
Suzuki "Hall of Fame" in the Paddock Suite
Suzuki TL Anniversary display and "ride-in"
Race bike displays
VJMC sponsored Club & Concours Show, featuring club displays
Special Club 'ride-in' area
Trade village
DJ & Live music from Saturday afternoon and into the night

Re: CBT / Endurance Legends - Donington Park - 6/7 May
Sorry for the late reply Mark - the 6 sessions are split over the two days; 4 sessions on Saturday and 2 on Sunday morning ahead of the 4hr race. There's lots of time between sessions so you can see everything else that's going on, of which there will be lots! The only space we have available now is in the PR group (odd, as this is the one that's already filled up at cadwell on Saturday!) and we have 10 places remaining.

Brilliant event, shame about weather on Saturday, only did the race qualifying but did get the RVF out for few laps on Sunday before the race. Looking forward to next year already.
Hope can get in straight away next year as waiting round for 4 hours in that heat was not fun either.
