Well, I'm going to b on my 750 rather than the race moto - it does not want toplay so I am pretty gutted.

Oh well...should be a good session of tracktime anyways and I'll still learn something I am sure.

Bedways now - 5am start... :o

cold cold cold and cold, took 2 hours to get my bike started after flooding it, finally got on track, couldnt get used to the quickshifter or race shift, so turned the shifter off, put it back to road shift then went out and as was really good, bike has a really strong motor and handles well, and the brakes are amazing, shame i couldnt see where i was going at times with my eyes watering and my visor steaming up...oh well it wasn't too bad

Yep - bloody cold. The 750 was OK but it is a fat old bus and I was not feeling any skills of any description for the first frosty session. Nightmare with steaming up the visor too which did not help.

Had a better second and third sessions but in the 4th the front brakes started with some dodgy noises and the rotors, where once they floated, are now practically hanging of the centres. not cool.

My buddy was out for his first experience of Mallory on his new 04 CBR600rr - Was going great until he had a super slow speed highside out of the hairpin. day over....

Enjoyed it, good to see a few people and after the snow stopped it was grippy enough!

I'll be keen for some testing on the race bike - I am reverting to std carbs setup and will go from there. Couple of dyno runs and then see if I really have to get some more power..
