This is more or less what it looks like now, although i've since corrected the area where the front right of the seat base meets the tank.because of the earlier problem the radius from seat base to side panel had to be adjusted. It was easier to see this with the bike on the ground rather than on the bench. The profiles both sides match now.Because this is just the plug that a mould will be taken from the thickness around the bottom edge of the tail and the side panels doesn't matter the mould will just go around the edge slightly so there is a thinner lip.I think when the moulds are made it's going to be hard to get this lot off the bike!

Looks nice.
Found another seat unit if you fancy a different shape to swap out once in a while.

Hi, thanks for that.I do apologize for not replying earlier. It looks neat but despite the listing i think its a bit tight at the front underneath, great shape tho.I also have to say a massive thanks to Ligurt who's supplied me with the HRC parts list and instruction manual for the TT F3 kit which he got two copies of each from Japan ( what a star! ) he then took the trouble of photocopying the assembly instructions which he only has one copy of. I have thanked him via PM obviously but i thought i'd share it on the forum so his contribution to the cause wouldn't go un-noticed.... i owe him big time!

There has been a delay in any progresson the bike which was down to ongoing building work and fitting in mates bikes I also bought a Yamaha TRX850 ( The twin with a 270 degree crank ) that i rebuilt over the winter but is on the road now.
The HRC manuals have made me think about going even more towards full HRC rep .There are detailed pictures that show more differences between the HRC version and the Honeybee racing teams bike.I'll put some of the pictures up asap and i'll be looking to get some parts from Japan. And of course i've actually got to get round to making the seat moulds.
More later......

Colin, we need a human japanese translator to squueze out all the tech informations from the manuals. I know someone here did the job on the nc30 HRC manual, but I can't contact him/her. Would be a great help to solve the problems of humanity if we find one

Yeah, it would certainly help! My Sister worked for a company that specialised in prototype machines for industry. She is still in contact with the boss and his wife , and sees them now and then. He's an engineer that used to work in japan......
I wouldn't be able to get large chunks translated but if we narrowed it down to the important/ useful stuff i might be able to get him to take a look. I think a non-engineer might struggle with some of it.

May be an opportunity not to be missed. In any case the hrc manual is exhaustive enough on many tricks. Go on pushing your sister to make an attempt. I'll let you know what would be of some interest to me so that, as you mean, we don't overcharge him.

Hi Colin, seems you have no excuse. You must go on. Take a look at yahoo.co.jp this week there's something there that could push your project. I have empty wallet at the moment... Mark Graham is not the only one waiting for some good news from you ;-)
