Re: Ben's track bike
I was going to get the KTech done, but the forks I took were too corroded at the bottom of one, when I was looking for some other forks these Ohlins came up at a good price.ChowderV4 wrote:ah right thats interesting, i was researching and a full ktech rebuild with new valves and shims etc and springs would be over 500 , be interesting if this was any cheaper, im just running progrssive springs
I contacted a few companies an KTech were definitely the best option, didn't try any Ohlins companies though.

Re: Ben's track bike
ohlins arnt that great at customer service / custom jobs, they probably wouldnt entertain the idea.
Where as maxton or ktech will sort anything. wish i had the money for real suspension. progrssive springs and a gsxr shock will have to do haha

The CBR kit fits straight in, think that's why its common. Try that company that did mine. Or KAIS, they're quite good.
