No9 is going on track for the Classic BIkes TD on 2nd July - whoop
How’s No9 going?

Did you manage to get out on it this year?
Howdo James :)

(I'm still yet to unpack the container,,,)

No - not got out at all. it is setup for track only and I had a GSXR1000 for a while in 2022 - sold that as the love was lost for riding, but have a cheap Bros and that made me feel some want to get on road again. I'll figure out No9 but winter is not the best time.

Will see you soon for them bits, so we can have a crack

In upgrade news...I have an ignitech QS coming for the bike so there's still shit to do for the old bugger

Well - a random time for an update - as it is just about 20 years since I passed my test and me and my old mate No9 got to hang out and do all the random shit in this thread.

The lack of photobucket playing ball is really rather annoying - I might have to have a go and fixing these links.

Anyways - 20yrs in - the bike is still my mate. There are many like it* but this one is mine.

*not as many as there were when I started this thread!

@acid - karl - All good mate - living the dream as we all seem to be, albeit with less hair, a dog and a boy

20 years!

Lovely to see you keeping the thread alive mate. Have some good memories of years gone by.

Keep in touch if you attend any track days etc next year, will see if I can join you on track. Plus I owe you some beers etc for your help with parts to get my nc up and running.

Thanks James

Howdo James,

Of course mate - I've know you for quite the long time now eh? Be really good to get out for a ride.

I have actualyl just bought some chinesium fairings for no9 so I can finish the road return. I hope to get a bit of track mojo back this year and am heading to Portimao in May (on something else...not yet acquired) and am looking as well for a session with the Classic bike guys - Anglesey, Cadwell or Donny

Will see!

As for a beer mate - of course :D
