yes Aaron, it's taken in fron of Hunstanton lightouse on the clifftop.
Arm is ok, but still sore, cast came off over two months ago. What exercise is that then Paul? I'm intriuged as I've tried most....CRM wrote:Hey Jo, hows the arm doing now ? you building strength up in it ? i have an exercise that may help
