Re: RVF Endurance AM-PM Replica build
Not much to update except she's back in for surgery

Wheels are off and sold to be replaced with a standard set until i can find a set of magteks. The RVF carbs i borrowed worked well at first but then developed slight tick over issues which leads me to thinking im dragging crap through from the tank as i seem to be plagued with pilot circuit problems with every set of carbs i have.
Chris sent me a prototype kevlar sleeve to try

Im amazed he knocked this up in his shed, well done mate
Made a itouch mount for times when i want a speedo, hopefully there make a decent datalogger for it one day

Re: RVF Endurance AM-PM Replica build
The durbahn battery has finally made its way on to the bike, eventually it will be mounted up front but that needs a new loom and im fed up with looking at it sitting in the garage so its going here for the moment.

I think the cable sizing was a bit ambitious but i can change that later along with the anderson plugs.

Tony, interested in the outcome of the prototype Kevlar sleeve can that Chris sent you. Are these for fitment on TSR pipes?

Re: RVF Endurance AM-PM Replica build
Yes mate i offered them up today and there the exact same diameter. I'll order some new packing, trim it to size and fit it. Its very very light so it'll be a test to see if it blows to bits!
Bike is finally running very well, ive ended up with marks old RVF carbs which are setup as follows
Short stacks
HRC springs
130 mains
Standard pilots
Air screws and floats standard settings
Standard 0.5 washer (i think)
No airbox lid
Thin foam filter
HRC air tray
It needs a tiny amount of throttle to start weather on choke from cold or from warm with no choke, im not gunna worry about that as it idles nice @1500rpm and responds quick.
