Depending on how much adjustment you want itll will.need revalveing, ive set mine to all +1 above the middle, but im going to crank it to sport and see how i get on, its very springy. Like a pogo stick, however it still is an improvement and im happy with it.
Cool.

Springy means you gotta stiffen the damping up a bit...right?
Both compression and rebound damping there are three settings options.

Compression damping slow
Compression damping fast
Rebound damping

Current Work and Updates :)

so the story goes, after Bruntingthorpe i decided to strip and rebuild my forks with a polished set of lowers, thanks to lizard. in addition ive always want the SP1 Gold calipers so i did just that, got a tatty pair of eBay For £45, gave them an overhaul and then sold my CBR600 ones straight on to recoup the costs.

also got some stainless 40mm M8s for the calipers aswell as some stainless bleed nipples

Image

also youll notice i have stanchion sheilds from a CBR600F ive had to cut a tiny bit out as the dia is larger, and ive used a large cable tie to clamp them on, seems good to me. form over function ;)

also i removed some fender mounts from a NC23 oem fender, messed around with lemon and baking soda, vinegar and lime juice, and then tried some cheap happy shopper 25p can of rola cola (red bull can size) and it removed about 80% of the rust down to a satin silver finish. drilled the 6mm fender holes to 10mm dia, put them in drilled 3mm holes and riveted them in place like the OEM honda fender no more pissing around to remove it at last.

Also recently removed and sold on my Carbon exhaust hanger as i was never over keen, plus i felt i had a bit to much carbon on the arse end, back to OEM again, with a polished, then brush finish with scotchbrite,

further more 6 spacers i had that kayla sent surplus to requirements, i found good use for 3 of them, one for the exhaust can mount hole, and in addition the 2 mounts on the subframe that took forever to undo due to the thread size after removing the pillion pegs.

also after about 2 months of searching for a 5/8 CBR900 master cylinder steve aka VFRMAN came to my rescue.
it came in a nice clean black and so i put to use a clean CBR600 clutch perch i had so they matched and took my back to stock further more.
