Bikes looking really well.
In regards to your caliper issue I had the same sort of problem with a second hand set of billet calipers I bought.
One of the answers billet gave me is that some of their pistons sometimes warp and become out of shape hence why they become difficult to re install and need to be replaced! Hope this is not the case with your set.

I can only assume its if they have been sticking on and it's heated up the Ali pistons? Mine were a pig to remove as well as re install with the new seals. You say yours came out ok so fingers crossed you don't have the same problem as I did.

At £10 a piston I'll not be happy if that's the case.

The brakes weren't binding, it's only because I found a weep of fluid I wanted to change the seals.

Spoke to a Harrison Billet tech today who is also a bit stumped at the situation (he was also happy with my work procedure).
He thinks it is most likely a seal tolerancing problem, going to phone me back when he's spoken to some higher ups but at the moment it looks like another set of seals will be coming my way.

Must say they are a very helpful organisation.

New seals arrived and this time it all went together fine.
Cannot for the life of me explain it, anyway all done now.

Back on the bike now, all torqued up.
Excuse the white cable ties, they are the only ones I have with the right width to hold the speedo pick up.

Looking very good there. I was going to go with that color scheme for my track bike, but I might go SEED colours now instead. Or maybe classic Rothmans.

Bike sailed through the mot today.

Motor feels ok, think a dyno session is needed to get it perfect, the setup isn't too bad though. Revs right through each gear.
First 30 miles and nothings broken/fallen off = one happy bunny
