That looks like just the thing I need - what's it officially called? And are they expensive?

Sure I could rig something similar up :)

I have applied for a couple of jobs - just waiting to hear back. For now though just doing a bit of surf coaching and spending some time with family :)

This one is only $24.50 (15.50 GBP) at amazon. Perfect for where I'm at.

So I have my auxillary fuel tank now :)

The new thermostat housing is on and Fitted ( thanks Kurt ;))

Exhaust back on, spark plugs in, oil and filtered, - just carbs and a bit of electrics and we'll see how she runs!!

Right - its not quite running - I think the battery is a bit flat- it could do with a long charge as its not been used for a year!!!

I have fitted everything back together , rigged up the aux fuel tank and pressed the start button and all I get is a click from the starter solenoid - this leads me to think not enough power from the battery to even turn the starter motor.

It was only a quick go at starting so will try more tomorrow during the day when it's not so cold!!
