Spoke too soon, obviously didnt check it properly and there's a crack in the same place. Can't be bothered fuck-arsing around for weeks on end again so sending it to a local place to be fixed

I know, right? I've gotten nowhere, said about the crack and how I ordered on January 9th and am getting very cross. Said I was just going to get it repaired at a local place as I can't wait another 5 months for another broken one to turn up, but there's been no mention of making it right. I'm extremely disappointed if truth be told, and it doesn't look like the people that should care do :/

Both mate, the last message read along the lines of 'short of hand delivering it there isn't much that can be done.'

Local place wants £125 to do an invisible repair on it, not bad if it was second hand or cheap, but I expected a lot better for £450.

Jim, I've dug them out of the unit, getting pics tomorrow after work if thats ok?

What sort of damage to talking on the carbon.
I can repair the stuff, I did reverse cylinder jims R1 airbox.
Could do it for materials and a beer but you got post to add that increases cost.

Yes Chris repaired my very badly damaged Carbon airbox to a high standard, very impressed as I thought it was only fit for the bin before he got his hands on it.
