 Excellent bike Paul

Wish i had the room for a 2 stroke, i tried to persuade my wife that one would look good in the extension that we had built just going there like so i told her. Strange enough she never said anything which really means don't you dare

Did he tell you what he managed to get out of it too ? did you hear the story ? that UK bike of mine was always a great bike to ride, more so than any other NC i have ridden but was always never that quick. jetting was way rich to get it to go, on paper it made good power, but your bum says otherwise.
So to get to the bottom of it i asked chris to sort it.
Engine out, remove heads, and it would appear the porting was a mess, head castings all over the shop, rotor timing out, cam timing out, so a combination of factors pretty typical with alot of NC30's it would appear.
So a proper sorting a my spare RVF cams fitted its now making more power and more torque in a flat line to 14 than most with pipes and carb work.
not bad for a bog standard UK NC30 with OE can and carbs is it ?
he seemed pretty pleased with it and cant wait till i go try it out.

I think thats a keeper now that one dont you ?

Good news then paul, be intrerested to see how you think the cams perform the 30.

Ive been thinking about dropping my RVF off to dynopro for setup for the new carbs and CDI, local to you isnt he? bit of a mission but there's no one down my way id be happy with getting a V4 right.
