After getting the front wheel back in It was time to start her up. Kicked over 1st go but climbed straight to 6k. Hit the kill switch then had a prod around.
Notice a bit of slack in the throttle cable that wasnt there when I pulled the carbs off.
So tightened it up and kick it over. Straight to 6k again.
Wind idle screw right off still didn't help. Started to back the butterfly adjusting screws out still nothing.
Had a closer look and found the lower bolt on cylinder two's manifold rubber had move around and was acting as the throttle stop.
So after un syncing the carbs by fucking around with all the butterfly screws ive now had to go out and by a carburetor synchronizing gauge set. Looks like ive got a job for the weekend. Remember ppl if it doesn't look right while putting it back together then it probably isn't...
