David's NC30- what a mess :)

Post by Man_Named_Dave » Sun Apr 22, 2012 6:32 pm

First, a warning.

If you like your bikes standard, clean or well-painted, I recommend you don't continue.
As I have to take pics of the bike for my insurer I thought I'd get it up on here.

You will notice the crap bodywork and the Ducati (I think) mirrors that contain the indicators. I also don't worry about the flaky paint on the wheels as they still go round for now.

The discerning reader will also appreciate the burgeoning chicken-strips on the tyres and the irony of having one of Steve's A2D stickers on a bike this tatty.

Calipers are due a wee bit of a clean. Pistons all popped out today thanks to judicious application of an airline and sticking my finger in the holes.

Looks like a race fairing with the holes for the lights cut out.

:plus:

They're shite and were falling apart before I bought the bike. I've taken the pics at a distance to protect everyone's eyes! I'm in no position to be spending money on bodywork.
