Bike does look nice man!

Some of the aftermarket systems have front pipes that are sligtly offset. I'll check my photos and see if I can find one. I recall my HRC mild steel system burned my lowers in a new place...so that might be the one I was looking at.
Thanks,
How does the electric water pump fit to the bike as i have never seen one on?
Yes i have been looking for ages at different pipes but unless you have them in your hands or someone else has and measured them against standard it's quite hard to tell. I have seen some nc21 downpipes on fleabay, they look like they may fit, and only £15ish for the pair, so might give them a go

It looks like quite a bulky unit, is it just a 12v i/o solenoid? If so, there are smaller solutions available.

I can't quite get my head around the pics of your gear change setup ( :sshh: ). Why not go for a full electronic up/down change via a solenoid actuator? Quite a simple setup, this would remove any input from your left foot.

I reckon there's enough space under the engine for a decent strength solenoid, it might pay to talk to a smart auto elctrician, I'm sure there are other options to your current setup that will allow full riding freedom.
Hi Cammo,
Thanks, yes the unit under the water pump is a 12v actuator that is operated via 2 bottons on the handlebar. this has a control unit that can be wired to R.Os' Ignitec CDI to cut the ignition, for better/smoother clutchless gearchanges.
With my setup i still dont use my left foot at all :P but have to use the clutch on the downshift.
I have been looking for a smaller solenoid or actuator but to get one that has enough power and is fast enough isn't very easy.
The unit i have changes in around 30 - 50 milliseconds and has a push/pull power of 30Nm at the end of the stroke. I have found smaller units but they are slower and not as powerful.
There is another company (proshift) that use this type of system and are more race focused, i may give them a try see if they can offer me any advice or parts that may help with the mounting. Or i might just get them to fit one of their units in a place that will be out of the way
