It does fit the 73sp swingarm. IS this what you have or do you have the std swinger?
I have the k6 fitted to mine. It is real close though, but does not rub once bolted up.

In the link that I pasted in, the swingarm on the right is what I have. With the "Takasago" sticker. It may be a GJ73a swingarm???? Well the right hand side doesn't quite touch, the left hand side the coil overhangs by about 5mm but - as luck would have it - there isn't a coil near the gusset. Not sure if that still holds true at full compression.....

It fits fine. I was being a nancy wuss. Rides well! 8mm static from just bolting it on.
