I really need help i have a gsxr400 gk76a and i think it had a cold seizure, i had just over taken a car and my revs were high around 11k (red line 17k) and i haD ridden the bike less than 2 hours before and all of a sudden it lost power and started running on three cylinders and then it cut after 1min and seized a piston as far as i know cuase it wont turn over even with a bum start

Sounds very possible.
First thing you need to do is take the plugs out and see if it still won't turn over.
