I just spent some time creating a microfiche for the gk73a and then happened to find the link on the first page was working again :-? . It's a little clearer than the one on the first page so wasn't a complete waste of time. If any one wants a copy shoot me a PM with your email address and I'll send you a copy.

I recently bought a Sigma racing kit from the states, Was only a few bits in the kit, so the £50 was mainly for the paperwork lol. So i scanned half of it (other half is how to rebuild carbs) and thought i would share it, maybe add it to the main list.

Tips on how to tune carbs and general info

You've been well and truly screwed over there, i'd ask for a refund.
The pictures have been lifted from Tony Sleeps web blog, o'ring sizes are incorrect e.g the 10mm slide holder one is 10mm X 1.5mm not 10mm X 1mm as stated, there's no explanation why you would drill the slide (tho there is a disclaimer for if it screws the bottom end). Why do they supply the two sizes of jets, are they for stock bikes, bikes with race exhausts? again no explanation.
Looks to me like they've just lifted a load of stuff off the net and then cobbled something together.
People will be better off taking the bike to the local dyno shop, if you go to a reliable place its a great few hours out and you will learn more about you're bike than reading anything in print.

I have access to the dyno at college, It says to drill the slide because it increase throttle response, im still new to this and still learning. It came with jets 110 and 115 but they say if i need anymore I can just ask. they have "taylor" made the kit as they say to my bikes specs, as i have done a few things like the BBK.

This is the add i got it from
