I searched the old site and found loads of useful information and someone said 97mm air gap so I did my forks to roughly that (couldn’t be arsed to take them off the bike) result a lot smoother over bumps and bobs nicely when braking. :D

According to this spec sheet I downloaded from this site, http://www.korell.dk/GSX-R400_GK76A_Spec_sheet.pdf. They recommend 5wt oil, and an air gap of 97mm. There is also some other useful info on there as well.
