Meanwhile
... a wellness bath for the carburator

Changed o-rings and jets to 110 and one clip needles up.

Fitted a k+n, intake is now 62mm with custommade aluminum adapterplate in favor of the metal one that came with it.
The standart filter element is quiet light and with with plate i have the same weight .
Ignitech fitted and lock mechanism removed.

I'd be interested to know how your jetting turns out. I know it is location specific but mine sure didn't like the larger mains and the clip adjusted. I did the pipe and larger air cleaner and ended back at stock jetting.

I've got a single seat unit I've just got it back from being painted I found it didn't sit quite right around the tank because I hasn't got the lugs like like the original panels so my mate made me some and it fits spot on now all held tight I don't know how you found yours

@rgvsp
Well so far it starts and runs, picks up revs quiet nice, but have to wait how things are under load

@donk
Good idea, mine fits good but could be a little bit more narrow on the left

@morris147
Thanks for the offer, but had finish this bike, ordered a new float assy

Close to the finish, only missing sticker and original screen
