Cheers

According to the FSM the coolant capacity is 1900cc, plus 150-250cc in the resevoir.

Wait a sec, the engine is alloy and isn't the rad alloy too? This might be a daft question but where would the rust come from??

Cylinder walls are steel and some of the pipes. Don't use tap water. Use distilled water and coolant mix. I also use a water wetter on my engines to keep heat down.
