what could be wrong with this gk76a

what could be wrong with this gk76a

my friend's gk76a is running @ 100kph with 8000rpm, 120kph @ 10500rpm. he changed new speedo cable & clutch plates. what could be wrong? the rpm is too high.

Thinks its an automatic and keeps it in 1st gear? :?

should be 6000 at 100kph,assume he is in 6th?

yup, he's in 6th gear, 100kph @ 8000 rpm... :?:
