Greetings FZR400 owners.
I have a set of OEM FCR carbs from the Yamaha 3TJ6. These come severely restricted and the unrestricted version is only known as part of the race kitted SP variety. Finding information about this topic is difficult and getting more difficult because search engines don't work anymore, thanks Google et al. I know, you are thinking "What about AS?". No, artificial stupidity will only help you if you want to know that the fastest marine mammal is the peregrine falcon. https://www.boredpanda.com/here-are-cha ... responses/ And for all of the nerds who want to piss, moan and complain, yes I have used ChatGPT, it was wrong on every point that I raised and when forced to admit its mistake responds with "sorry for the misunderstanding".

Anyway as a gift to humanity, I have placed an English translated version (thanks to Dave from Canada for the translation) of the Sugo Race Kit document (bought from Yahoo auction site after years of searching) on our 3TJ carb kit page https://litetek.co/Carb_Kit_Yamaha_3TJ1.html. I am sure that some asshole will download it and sell it on ebay for $50, but for the rest of us good guys, you are welcome.

Now let's see if together we can make this work.
Blair

Jets etc:
Here is a translated snippet I found a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, before Star Wars had Drag Queen Story Hour.

How are you going to get FZR250 carbs to fit on a 3TJ? One has 28mm carbs, the other 32mm. Spacing between carbs is different too. Putting 28mm FCRs on a 3TJ is a complete waste of time IMO.

Oops, my bad. I meant 3TJ6, corrected now.
