Hi guys I have a 3TJ with an engine stamped up with DCE0022 and was wondering if anyone knows what tuner has played around with it?

It has DCE0022 stamped next to 1WG and also on the barrels and head, on closer inspection the oil ways have been drilled. But I will have to see what has been done inside if anything.
