1wg caliper seals

on our 1wg 3en1 race bike i have split and stripped the calipers as they where seized, i went 2 alf englands the local yam dealer who sponsor us and ordered sum new seals now the 1s that have come that should be for our bike are massive and having looked on the net it shows that they are 2 fit a 2pot caliper where as ours is a 4pot caliper can any 1 shed any lite as 2 whether we have different calipers from different year etc.

The 3tj has Sumitomo 4 pots, two pistons are larger than the others.

When i ordered seals for it i recieved a seal kit for an earlier model FZR with 4 pots but all of the seals were the same size so i assume all 4 pistons are the same size too.

I am pretty sure that the 3tj callipers will not fit the 3EN1 so your calipers are probably standard. A photo of the calliper would help identify it.

I still have the seal kit for the earlier model which i can sell to you cheap if you need it.

That would be good! (oops not signed in as ST nevermind!) i'll get the other half of ST to see if they are indeed all the same size pistons! cheers

from what i can tell there are a few different caliper designs used on the 1wg, just look at ebay!!! ours look like the ones listed as 1987, though it was made in 88 i guess they are the ones!

if you have 100mm bolt spacings just fit blue spots.

looks like we have the ones with four same size seals so how much you wanting for them oolit????

Blue spots might be an option dont have measurements at min, need em for test on the 28th may, so prob not doable by then!
