Best to find out if it will or won't and the year of manufacture before you ask.

The R6 shock with the red spring will fit the FZR400 1WG with the exception of the 3EN1 because it has a top braced swingarm which will foul the shock. The shock has to be modified, the original has a round profile and R6 is square, just scribe around a washer then get a powertool on it. The top mount has to be packed out. The bike will, however sit approx 25mm lower due to to the shock length so it's advisable to change the dogbones. Kayla of Projection Componants makes them and also the packing spacers they're available on her website.
The 3TJ model can use the same shock but it needs an adapter that bolts to the bottom again available on from Projection Componants.
People say the spring rate on these can be to stiff so factor in the cost of a possible change to bring the adjustment to it's opimum or you could just try it with no compression.

If you want to buy one of these I'd suggest you have a look at the red writing in the pink box above - the one that says Forum Rules and put an ad in the Wanted section of the forum. Alternatively you could try a Yamaha Forum that has an R6 area on it. You not sure which part you're asking for, you not sure it will fit and reffering to a thread that we don't know anything about.

You should have bought a Yamaha.

Lol new hear arn't you. and i am guessing young too by the txt speak and shit spelling.
Also it may be worth reading and digesting (or get someone to read them out loud to you) the forum rules and how we deal with adverts in the non classifed sections - have you not already had posts deleted for this very reason ?

Lamb to the slaughter here Boris - now where is my popcorn
