Shorter hrottle cables for the hybrid

Post by nick » Thu Jul 29, 2010 6:35 pm

Does anyone know if the 4JH throttle cables are the same fitment as a thundercat, but shorter?

I've got a set to t'cat ones on the hybrid but they are a bit long, and the 400 ones have a different fitting at the carb end.

Its not the end of the world, its useable as is but the cables obscure the tacho a bit

I'm using foxeye cables, just shorten them that's what i did,or put different nipples on the 400 cables.

Venhill do a universal cable kit and I think Hein Gericke do a cable repair kit which has solderable nipples*.
