Would you have a pic of the cam caps ??? Do the arrows on the E1/I1 and E2/I2 point to the spark plugs ???

bastardos

Anyway, here's that crankcase seal, the internal dia shown is the crank dimension and the 3HE seals on the rear or engine interior side.

EC, regards your seal. That drawing is what you require? I am assuming the lip has a corresponding recess in the crankcases, so you must fit the seal onto the crank before assembling the cases?

Yup - the seal drawn is the outside dia from the original seal and the inner dia is from the crank. The 3HE "seals" on the rear (the engine side).
I used the Frankenseal when I assembled the cases, but I drew that up to help anybody who's going to stroke a 4JH after me, so if you can source them it would be useful.

Like the one in this thread
http://www.fzrarchives.com/ipb/lofivers ... 56726.html
It says CR 26x40x8 HMSA7 R on the box.
I did not read all of this thread but it looks close to what you need.

That looks right - the seal numbers match up with the drawing too (although Mine is 10 thick, probably from combining the two seals)

I found the missing head nut, But I'm a bit low today. The cam chain is caught up with the bottom of the front chain guide and I can't get the fucking guide out. I took the sum off, I'd only tagged it on with 2 bolts. I couldn't get to the chain though ... and I found this

Any ideas
