Thanks mate thats helpful! ive seen yours hasnt got the 5mm hole at the top :S

could you measure how far the hole is in relation to the centre of the washer. im sure its very important to im going to be as accurate as possible.

Where did you get them from? FI?

as soon as i get the measurements im going to hit the lathe

They came with the bike when i got it but they say 'Motorrad' on them

Just measured it accurately with a set of verniers:

Looked them up on FI and they want 173 quid!!

Yep they're Aluminium, not sure what grade though

spot on. just typed motorrad boe 18 in google and nothing came up so i guess there exclusive to FI international.

Thanks for that. im getting some made by my sisters boyfriend so if anyone wants some and mine turn out well i dont mind knocking some more out :)

does anyone know what the 5mm hole is for on some other bikes above the 13mm one?

Cheers
James :rocks:

Are you sure they're ally? 1mm ally is pretty flimsy.

I doubt it will matter that much to be honest, it's going to be supported all the way around and the most stress will be at the top of the opening. Check them after the dyno run maybe and if they've deflected use some steel ones.
