As far as i know 3en1 are NOT speed restricted (mine isnt)! they have a red light that comes on at 50 instead (very annoying i always think its an oil light after riding my vfr for a bit).
Cheers

They are ... or should be.
All Japanese bikes were restricted from 1988 you can run a 1987 2TK cdi, they're not restricted.

Bulbs break, hence the joke:
How many Secret Policemen does it take to break a speed warning light bulb ???
None at all Your Honor, it fell down the stairs all on it's own.
