just finished my track bike project, and wondering best plugs to use?
also where can i get replcaement front springs in the UK? tried googling and not come up with much
got stock 41mm forks in there, do i go with progressive? and which weight? i'm 195lb with gear on

I usually use NGK irridium or the twin electrode type in my 3TJ (road bike)
The standard plug is CR8E, £4.84 + vat
Irridium CR8EIX £5.90 + vat
Twin Electrode CR8EK £6.99 + vat
Prices are from www.sparkplugs.co.uk
For suspension - talk to one of the suspension companies - there's a recent thread on here for a 3TJ. Because yours is a track bike you can use stiffer suspension
