Chinese parts - anybody tried those?
So, as the title says...
Anyone tried the parts available from Aliexpress and such? Like valves for example? Like these:
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32725457390.html
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32925999559.html
Even saw this on the local online site:
https://shopee.ph/Engine-Parts-Intake-E ... 6949304372
Of course if I am dead serious with keeping a classic(or two) alive I would jump the gun and have the parts custom ordered(say Ferrea, CP-Carrillo, Wiseco, JE, even Cosworth) but to just make it run, could they do justice? Or actually, do they even fit?
Looking forward for opinions, might be useful to others.

Type aliexpress into the search function at the top right of your screen and there's a few posts on there about them, one of the first ones I read about the valves was they were outside of Hondas recommended service spec from new

If your valves are out of spec and it needs a piston (from the other post) you need another engine - either 400 or 600

My valves are still okay - just needs a valve clearance adjustment, the engine had about 52,000 km. For the piston, if it is not harmed and the bore is scored a re-hone can be tried, and if the bore diameter is out of spec after it that will be time to find another engine, or atleast another barrel set. Still cannot work on it ASAP as funds are low...I bet if the chaps did not replace the piston rings after it came from Japan and just fogged the cylinders the piston dilemma would have never happened...

If your interested, I do have some very rare Yamaha bits that I didn't need to use on my rebuild. Super rare OEM 1mm over pistons, super rare OEM 1mm over rings. It took me a long time to gather this stuff, the rings are from the UK & pistons from Japan.
