Thank you all for all the help with my questions...with your help I put back together a scrap 1989 FZR 400...it had a California Title and was an ex race bike with Fox suspension, delta swingarm and a rare passenger seat cover... and great compression...I bought a 1990 FZR600 for $400 bucks as a donor bike and put the little 400 back together. Here is the final result.
