Fingers crossed

Resurrecting this old thread. Been meaning to update this for the longest time and hopefully it will help someone else. I bought this bike a few years ago from Evoluzione750 in as-is condition and fully aware of the rev issue. Long story short I did an EXUP-ectomy and its been running fine. I suspect the EXUP was shutting off at 6k for whatever reason. I know the EXUP is supposed to help with low end but I ride this thing in the power band most of the time and its an absolute blast. Its like a 2-stroke now. Power kicks in around 9k and pulls like a train all the way up to red line 14k. One of my favorite bikes:)
