My clutch on my 92 3tj is proper heavy is this common thing or possible problem? never thought much of it as it was my first bike but since ive got the 7r ive noticed how heavy/hard to pull in it is!

I havent got a 3tj but the clutch on me 3en1 is very light and easy to pull in, I'd try taking cable off and see if its free, if its even slighty siezed just buy a new one, there never the same even if you can free it off a bit by oiling it.

Cheers mate, the cable is new tho!!

Take the sprocket cover off and clean the mechanism, they can catch all the oil chainlube which works into them making them heavy. A blob of greese in there will help.
