Welcome to the form

You need to identify the model of FZR400 - have a look at the top fairing

If you have 2 round headlights it's a 1WG model.
No air intakes is a Genesis (1986/7)
Air intakes above the headlights is 3EN1 (1988)
Air intakes below the headlights is 3EN2 (1989)

Single Trapiziodal headlight 3TJ (1989 onwards)

Rearsets - you can get them for the 3TJ but they're not adjustable. The first thing to touch down is the can but that's probably before, or just after you start sliding down the road.
Adjustable levers - I think the brake is span adjustable, for the clutch you'll need to change the perch maybe for an R6 one.
Horn - you can one from any accesory shop, try Hein Gericke before they close down or M+P etc
Screen - Skidmarks will do them, they might even do a double bubble if you ask them but they can look a bit odd on a short screen
Stubby - Have a look on ebay, really though your better off fitting a normal length race / aftermarket can. Too loud and you're just going to get stopped, your neighbours will be pissed off at you sometimes it's easier to go with the flow a bit.

This is your first big bike and I can understand you want to tart it up and make it more racey. Really though your money will be better spent looking after the brakes, tyres and suspension

Thanks for your reply its a 1WG model as its a twin headlamp model.

Tyres, brakes and suspension are all good on it at the minute,

Im not really that bothered about tarting it up ive just seen alot of people saying they have done this to it, its not the best looking bike cosmetic wise anyways.

Cheers.
