I had them on my Ex-race engine, they still break you know trust me
Plus they make a hell of a mess of the chamber and piston when they do, I was advised by someone who builds race engines not to use them, dont know if thats rubbish but there you go.

A firm called REC make them & I think BDK can get them if you what to pay through the nose for them! :D
