Speedo Drive

Post by Wraith » Mon Jun 16, 2008 1:08 pm

Does anyone have a working Speedo Drive for a 3en1 knocking about that they would like to part with

The one on the bike at the moment has a mind of it's own

And will only work when it wants to

That sounds more like the drive isn't picking up from the wheel. Theres a bit under the dust seal that has a tab on it ... check it's ok. I don't know for certain but I expect a 600 drive would fit too.

No it's def the drive

Can turn the drive via the tabs

But the end where the cable goes in does not always turns

On a related note...is there a blank for the speedo drive on the front wheel? I am not using a speedo on my trackbike and want to blank it - or..do I just leave it out?
