valve clearance
checking valve clearance on my 3tj rrsp, any body tell me what they should be please ?

They all seem to be the same gap sizes
intake 0.11~0.2 mm (0.004~0.008 in)
exhaust 0.21~0.3mm (0.008~0.012 in)
checked cold.
I done my 3en2 two weeks ago, bike was running a bit rough and stalling at very slow speed.
every inlet valve was out of tolerance and one valve had no clearance at all.
Two of the exhaust valves needed adjusted as well.
Remember the valve gaps will get tighter as the valve stretches.
so you would need smaller shims to make the gap bigger again.
got my shims off ebay.
