Digitaly, could you be more specific with the gear issue?

I have the vtec spec 2 and I have a gearbox issue similar, 6th gear jumping... I am planning to have it repaired instead of replaced as vtec 2 engines aren't that common second hand

NC31 is more thin than NC23E about 20mm. Because of different cam gear drive mechanism. I thought about swapping but now tuning NC31 engine - it's easier. Also it has different mount angle. The frame will have to be rewelded
